We discovered a big part of leadership formation was dictated by early experiences and if young people are nurtured during their teenage years, it can influence their future leadership journey.

The Science of Building Leaders (SOBL™) Curriculum creates a safe space and a structured learning environment to support self-awareness, emotional growth and hone one’s leadership skills.

Designed for students between the ages of 13 to 17, this club-based curriculum engages students in immersive experiences, provides opportunities for community involvement, and creates a platform to develop essential life skills for the future.

M.A.D Academy provides leadership development & industry placements for high-potential university graduates to grow into capable leaders.
